Outdoor Pest Control

Our Outdoor Pest Control Program is a lawn focused service designed to help protect your grass from common insects that can damage it throughout the year.

Instead of treating just around the outside of your house, this service focuses on the lawn, where many of these insects live, feed, and reproduce.

What the Service Does

We apply insect control treatments to your lawn four times between March and November to help:
  • Reduce insect activity in the turf
  • Prevent lawn damage before it becomes visible
  • Protect the health and appearance of your grass
  • Lower nuisance insect pressure in outdoor areas like patios and walkways
This is a preventative program, which means we are working to stop insect problems before they become severe.

How the Applications Work

Your technician may use either liquid or granular treatments depending on:
  • The type of insect being targeted
  • Time of year
  • Weather conditions
  • What will work best for your property
Both methods are effective, and the choice is made based on what gives the best results.

Why There Are Four Visits

No single treatment lasts all season.
Products naturally break down over time due to:
  • Sunlight
  • Rain and irrigation
  • Mowing
  • Turf growth
  • Natural soil activity
That’s why the program includes four scheduled applications — to maintain protection through the main insect season.

What to Expect as a Customer

With this service, you should expect:
  • Less insect pressure in your lawn
  • Reduced risk of turf damage
  • Better seasonal lawn protection
  • Healthier, denser grass over time
You may also notice fewer insects around outdoor living spaces, but that is a bonus — not the main purpose of the service.

What This Service Does Not Include

It’s also important to know what this service is not meant to do:
  • It does not make your property completely insect-free
  • It does not treat structural pests around the home exterior
  • It does not include grub control
Grubs are a separate underground pest and require a different treatment program.
