Pre-Treatment Expectations

Before treatment, clients may need to prep the property depending on the service (for example, mark sprinkler heads, mow appropriately, remove linens, or water in granular products).

General expectations

  • Clients do not need to be home for many routine treatments.
  • Treatments are scheduled based on weather, soil temperature, and lawn needs, so timing can vary.
  • For specific pest or lawn concerns, we may ask for photos of the lawn or insects to ensure our technicians are best equipped before arriving to the property.
