Refunds, Credits and Account Balances

Our policies related to refunds, credits, and account balances:

  • If a prepaid customer cancels early, the prepay discount is removed from services completed, the customer pays the leftover rate per service with the remaining prepay balance and any prepay funds that were not used are refunded back to the customer.
  • Services are generally billed as rendered unless the customer is on monthly billing or prepay.
  • Accounts that are past due will have services paused, and late fees added.
  • There is no broad policy offering automatic credits or refunds for weather, skipped routes, or dissatisfaction.
  • Some retreat limitations apply if customers skip consecutive treatments, meaning complimentary follow-up service may not be available in certain cases and will require a trip fee of $75 plus tax.
  • Collections/dispute handling is tracked permanently on accounts for future service reference. Any accounts with paid collection debts that wish to re-establish services may do so, but they are required to prepay for their services for the year.
