Retreats and Reschedules

Reschedules:

A client must inform the office of their reschedule request at least 24 hours prior to treatment. If the client fails to notify office before the 24 hours and requests a reschedule with their technician, they can be subject to a trip fee.

Additionally, if a client requests to reschedule the day of service and the service has already been completed, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Retreats:

Per TDA regulations, we must follow a specific window of time for any chemical reapplications. We must wait a minimum of 21 days after chemical is applied and the reapplication must occur over 21 days from the next scheduled service
  • No retreat is allowed if the client has skipped 2 or more treatments in a row.
  • To become eligible for a retreat again, the client must complete 2 consecutive treatments.
  • For mosquito treatments, retreats are only offered if the original treatment could not be completed.
  • If the mosquito treatment was completed, but mosquitos are still active, a retreat cannot be offered because treatments are scheduled too close together.
  • We consider retreats as scheduled appointments. Clients must be home to provide the technician access to the property, especially if the retreat is for the homes' interior or a locked backyard. If the client does not show, is unable to provide access to the property, cancels or reschedules prior to the appointment day, we can still offer a retreat but there will be a trip fee of $75 plus tax.
