Top Choice- Fire Ant Control
Top Choice Insecticide Granules is a granular insecticide containing the active ingredient Fipronil. It is designed to provide year-round control of imported fire ants. Top Choice is safe for residential and recreational properties. It is Restricted and can ONLY be sold and used by a Certified Applicator.
General information:
- Granular applied to (preferably) the entire property
- The granular compound remains active for 1 year in the ground to kill ants
- Ant activity may increase after the application. To take advantage of this reaction, we also disperse an additional ant bait which they carry back to their colonies
- Outdoor pest treatments and ant treatments do not completely eliminate all pests/ants. The goal should be placed on controlling the number of pests/ants on the property
- Increased activity in ants is often seen after rainfall because they are washed away/relocated from their extensive underground tunnels
