Top Dressing
Top dress is a process where we install a soil mixture/compost evenly on the lawn. It adds much needed nutrients to the lawn as well as levels any undulations. We always strongly recommend aeration be done prior to a top dress/soil.

- Enhances Overseeding: If you're planning to overseed, top dressing helps seed-to-soil contact, increasing germination rates and improving the effectiveness of the seeding process.
Step 1:
Our service starts with a mechanical aeration to help punch through thick layers of thatch and restore compact soil to a porous composition allowing your grass to breathe and roots to grow thicker.
Step 2:
We will then apply a visible layer of our one-of-a-kind locally sourced and 100% recycled Purple Top-Dressing Soil to the property. Over the next weeks the visibility of the soil will start to dissipate as it is slowly absorbed into your lawn, adding nutrients back into the root system, helping retain water and lowering the PH of our Alkaline Soils.
