Treatment Notifications

Treatment notifications are sent out at 12 PM CST via email and text message 2 days before the scheduled service date.
  • If no notifications have been received, we ask that clients call our office to verify the email address on file and to double check that the account is opted in for text messages.
  • Clients receive notifications for the following:
    • Their service was scheduled
    • The visit was skipped
    • Closed due to inclement weather
    • Account is past due and services are paused
    • Their service was completed, including notes and recommendations from their technician
    • Their prepay renewal date is coming up
  • New clients will receive a copy of the purchase confirmation as well as our All Seasons Watering Guide.
  • New sod clients will receive a watering and mowing guide after installation.
