# What Is the Service Agreement?

## The service agreement applies to any recurring service packages where the client received a discounted initial service. This sets expectations for how long the customer must stay on the service before cancelling without a fee.

- If a client receives an **initial service at a discounted price**, they are expected to remain on that service for **4 consecutive paid treatments.**
- If the client elects to **cancel this service before the 4th consecutive paid treatment**, the discount will be removed from their initial service and they will be charged the **remaining price of the initial service** as listed in their agreement.
- Our service agreement specifically states: 
    - **“When you receive your ‘INITIAL’ service at a discounted price and cancel before your ‘4th consecutive paid service’, you will be charged the full initial service price listed in your agreement.”**
- The initial service counts as one of the 4 treatments, so the client would need to complete **3 more services within the package** to cancel without facing cancellation fees.
