What Is the Service Agreement?

The service agreement applies to any recurring service packages where the client received a discounted initial service. This sets expectations for how long the customer must stay on the service before cancelling without a fee.

 

  • If a client receives an initial service at a discounted price, they are expected to remain on that service for 4 consecutive paid treatments.
  • If the client elects to cancel this service before the 4th consecutive paid treatment, the discount will be removed from their initial service and they will be charged the remaining price of the initial service as listed in their agreement.
  • Our service agreement specifically states:
    • “When you receive your ‘INITIAL’ service at a discounted price and cancel before your ‘4th consecutive paid service’, you will be charged the full initial service price listed in your agreement.”
  • The initial service counts as one of the 4 treatments, so the client would need to complete 3 more services within the package to cancel without facing cancellation fees.
