What Time Will My Technician Be Here?

We cannot and do not guarantee exact treatment times or technician ETA's. The best we can do is give a time window the day of service to clients who call or text our office.

Below are the list of reasons why we cannot guarantee specific times:

  • All routes are dispatched the day of service so we will not know the route order until then.
  • Routes are completed throughout the day based on scheduling and conditions.
  • Technicians may continue treatments until dark.
  • Weather, route delays, illness, and onsite discretion can affect arrival timing.
  • If a technician cannot complete a service, the customer is rescheduled rather than guaranteed a same-day exact time.
  • The office cannot give exact timing for the technicians arrival as drive timegas, lunch, larger properties, or needing to complete multiple services at a single property, are all factors that must be taken into account.
  • Technicians are required to call or text clients when they are on the way to the property.

In summary, services are route-based rather than appointment-time-based, and exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
