# Why Did My Service Get Skipped?

## We will only skip a service if the job absolutely cannot be performed.

If a scheduled service is skipped this means we could not complete the service due to one of the following reasons:

- Equipment malfunction
- Weather conditions
- Technician injury/illness
- Safety concerns (such as issues with vehicle, damaged PPE, weather, etc)
- Family emergency

We guarantee that all skipped services will be rescheduled and completed as soon as possible.
